We are excited to welcome Dr Maryam Seyedabadi to the team. Dr Maryam is also one of the very few dually qualified Specialist Plastic Surgeons having received both medical and dental degrees from the
University of Sydney.

Dr Maryam completed her Plastic Surgery training in Sydney and is a Fellow of the Royal Australasian College of Surgeons. During her training she completed multiple terms in areas of paediatrics (in both Sydney
and Brisbane), hand surgery as well as skin cancer treatment and reconstructive procedures. She is committed to ongoing education and research and holds a PhD in Medicine from University of Sydney. Dr Maryam has published a number of research papers in peer reviewed journals as well as presenting at national and international conferences.

Special Interest
Being a mum of three young children herself, she has special interest in female and paediatric plastic surgery. she understands the demands on women and mums and feels privileged to be able to be part of their surgical journey to reach their goals.
